Standard size double outlet cover

Standard size double outlet slate cover. Made from century old barn slate. This is a double meaning that there are 4 holes to plug into. 2 recepticle outlets on each side. Since they are made from century old slate they each have their own characteristics in staining and texture. Each piece comes with the required amount of black screws. We recommend that you use either black or grey fixtures in them.
